The honest answers

Nothing to start. If the agent wins money back or off your fine, we take 25% of what you save (minimum $5). If it doesn't win, you pay nothing at all.

Parking tickets, bus and transit-lane camera fines, tow and impound fees, smartcard overcharges (HOP, Snapper, Bee Card, Metrocard), fare-evasion notices, refunds for cancelled or delayed trains and ferries, pothole and road-damage claims, and fines from broken meters or unclear signage.

Yes — nationwide. The agent works out the right council, transport operator or authority for wherever you got the fine, from Auckland to Invercargill, and contacts them through the correct channel.

Once you approve, it lodges your case with the council under your name, tracks every deadline, and follows up and escalates on its own — you don't have to chase anything or re-approve routine steps.

You'll see every step in-app, and we email you when something changes — when it's lodged, when the council replies, and when there's an outcome. If a decision needs you (like accepting an offer), the agent stops and asks.

No — no one honestly can. What we do is build the strongest, properly cited case for your situation and push it as far as it can go.
